Breeding on the farm is mainly dedicated to the Fassona Piemontese breed, later joined by other breeds. With about sixty pigs, strictly raised on flour and water and scraps of local fruits and vegetables, carefully cured meat and artisanal cured meats are produced and sold, made without industrial additives, as was once done. The cured meats are dried with the fireplace as tradition dictates, then taken to the cellar for curing. In addition to farming, the farm includes about 2,000 apple plants of 6 different varieties, through which the following are also sold: fresh fruit, juice and apple vinegar.
