Along the Via Mercatorum: a journey that will take you from the village of Oneta, a hamlet of San Giovanni Bianco, to that of Cornello dei Tasso, a hamlet of Camerata Cornello.
Walking along the ancient Via Mercatorum, we’ll embark on a journey that will take us from the village of Oneta, a hamlet of San Giovanni Bianco, to that of Cornello dei Tasso, a hamlet of Camerata Cornello.
Along the Via dei Mercanti, we will visit three churches that bear witness to the historical changes in the Brembana Valley, particularly during the 15th century: we will start at the Church of the Blessed Virgin of Carmel, pass by the Oratory of St. Anne, and finally arrive at the church dedicated to Saints Cornelius and Cyprian.
The tour is led by cultural mediators from the Adriano Bernareggi Foundation.
