The venue boasts a charming atmosphere, thanks to the outdoor garden that frames summer evening dinners under the starry sky, as well as the three cozy dining rooms located in the ancient stables, warmed by a grand traditional central fireplace where meat dishes— the restaurant’s specialty— are cooked in plain view.
The Chefs
Emilia, Daniela, and Loredana Cristini
More than half a century ago, Camillo Cristini decided to open his restaurant, inspired by the walnut trees outside. The key figures behind the venue that bears their name are no longer with us, but the Cristini family’s tradition of fine cuisine lives on through his daughters, Emilia, Daniela, and Lory. Recently, Giovanni, Daniela’s son, has joined them, representing the third generation. Well-known among meat lovers in the Bergamo area, “Tre Noci” is a true landmark, offering not only grilled meats cooked in the dining room’s fireplace but also authentic cuisine from the lower Bergamo region.
