The location is open space, minimal and elegant, enhanced by colorful elements and details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere through the use of felt.
140 fabric petals adorn the dining room ceiling, softening and adding movement to the space, balancing the pre-existing rigid lines with a new scenic and acoustic harmony.
In the warmer season, guests can enjoy the panoramic outdoor terrace, overlooking the Val Seriana, within a renovated Carmelite complex of the Santuario della Ripa in Albino.

Mismetti Cinzia, Signorelli Jonathan, Bertocchi William
Nasturzio is, in every sense, an idea, a project that becomes reality; it is the fruit of the passion for cooking of three emerging young chefs: Cinzia Mismetti, William Bertocchi, and Jonathan Signorelli.
The restaurant’s goal is to uncover and savor new horizons of taste, staying faithful to tradition and its authentic flavors, while maintaining a strong aesthetic intention and a constant focus on innovation.
House-made leavened products with sourdough, strictly homemade pasta, and the search for short supply chain and controlled products, along with seasonal fruits and vegetables, ensure a seasonal menu that is always fresh and new.
Of course, wine is not to be missed: a refined and carefully selected wine list enhances the gastronomic experience for every guest.
