Al Carroponte is a versatile place with many souls—restaurant, wine shop, and wine bar—expressing all the owners’ passion for tasting and enogastronomy.
The wine list stands out for its selection and quality, with over 1,850 labels carefully curated by the patron and maître sommelier Oscar Mazzoleni. Alongside the wines, guests can enjoy local cuisine reinterpreted with the chef’s creativity, a daily selection of fish, shellfish, and mollusks, and always-new finger foods in the wine bar.

Having grown up in the world of catering and enology, they realized their dream of a place that allows them to do “the best job in the world,” seen as an expression of conviviality, good food, and fine wine.
