Gianbattista “Titta” Manzini
For 30 years, chef Giambattista Manzini, known to everyone as “Titta,” has passionately dedicated himself to cooking and its various expressions. With particular attention to local and ultra-fresh products, he respects the rhythm of the seasons and their fruits, allowing him to best express his interpretation of regional cuisine. At Ristofante, the menu is extensive and always of the highest quality: you can find traditional Bergamasque polenta or even Bergamasque sushi, as well as meat, mushrooms, fresh pasta, and especially fish.
The Restaurant
At the helm of the kitchen is Titta himself, while Silvia meticulously manages the dining area, welcoming guests into a delicate and elegant setting with two main dining rooms and a private room. During the warmer season, the wonderful garden welcomes guests and serves as the perfect location to enjoy Titta’s creations al fresco.
