Petronilla in the kitchen and Luisa in the dining room give the dishes a feminine touch, using carefully selected ingredients while respecting tradition. The dining area is preceded by an entrance bar, as it was in ancient inns. Here, the new and modern have not erased the history of a restaurant that has existed since 1910, but have made it even more beautiful.
