Giampaolo Stefanetti
Chef Paolo Stefanetti, who honed his skills in the kitchen of the Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio, opened the small osteria in the lower part of Bergamo together with his life partner, Barbara Schiavino.
In this welcoming venue, the focus is on food to be enjoyed in its healthiest and most genuine flavors, with recipes and ingredients that tell the stories of those who produced them and the regions where they originated.
