Andrea Paleni
Andrea Paleni, born in 1989, began his journey in the family restaurant in Alta Valle Brembana before honing his techniques and knowledge alongside the Veronese chef Giancarlo Perbellini and later in Lausanne, Switzerland. Between 2015 and 2017, he was the chef-patron of Locanda al Lago in Cassiglio, Alta Valle Brembana.
