The Nicolis moved to Costa di Mezzate in the 1950s and 1970s and started the business by making polenta flours for large retailers. In ’92 they began producing cereals and cornflakes, and then took the plunge in the early 2000s with “gluten-free” products, and in 2018 with “allergen-free” ones. In 2015, they participated in EXPO as a representation of Italian companies. Since 2016 they have obtained the certification of the controlled and short corn supply chain, which is 100% Italian.
