Two tasting menus, one dedicated to fish and the other to meat dishes, along with an extensive à la carte menu to choose from freely.
At the core of every dish lies the excellence of raw materials and a particular attention to cooking methods, ensuring that every ingredient and flavor is respected and delivered to those who savor them.
Here, the preparations benefit from dynamic creativity, tastefully reinventing the glorious Italian culinary tradition.
The rich wine cellar, expertly managed by sommelier Francesco Longhi, perfectly complements the culinary offerings.
Alongside the main restaurant, there is also a Bistro for more informal lunches and dinners, as well as a grocery store and a pantry where you can purchase the finest Italian products.
THE CHEF
Pierantonio Rocchetti
Born in 1977, Pierantonio Rocchetti is the chef and owner of the establishment, located in a 17th-century rustic building at the gates of Trescore Balneario.
Since 2011, the restaurant has held its Michelin Star firmly. The restaurant’s name is derived from an acronym of the surnames of Rocchetti and his partner, Francesco Longhi, who manages the dining room and wine cellar.
The duo is unbreakable: they began collaborating at a young age, following initial experiences in renowned restaurants in the Bergamo area.
Rocchetti’s cuisine is founded on a fundamental principle: respect for raw materials, flavors, and guests.
