The ingredients of “Le Driadi Slow Farm” are simple: recovering abandoned vineyards and taking care of the land, its fruits and thus the landscape around us, with the goal of creating a wine made by spontaneous fermentations according to the natural cycle of winemaking. From their vineyards are produced: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscato di Scanzo, Marzemino, Barbera, Moscato Giallo, Moscato Bianco, Malvasia and Bronner.
The company opens by appointment only, preferably on weekends.
