The winery has always believed in quality production, hence low yields per hectare and considerable care in the vinification and maturation of the wines. The first winemaking nucleus was established in 1993, subsequent expansions, the last of which in 2006, brought the area to 1200 meters. The grapes come from the vineyards located around the municipality of Torre dè Roveri, the soils have cultivable layers of red/brown clay and medium-textured nature, the substrates consist of gray-colored calcareous marl and sand.
The farm is open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 pm to 00:00 am, Sundays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
