THE CHEF
Edoardo Codalli
The farmhouse has been operational since 1999, and Chef Edoardo, who comes from an artistic background, joined the team in 2018, bringing an immediate and heartfelt transformation to the traditional cuisine of Cascina Belvedì.
This new spirit has given the venue a touch of innovation, which is delightfully reflected in the dishes.
Edoardo has also recently had the opportunity to deepen his passion for leavened products, particularly for bread, which is freshly baked in-house and served on the tables of the farmhouse.
