WHAT AWAITS YOU
Together with a Cesarina, an expert in culinary traditions, you’ll visit a weekly market of local producers, located at an ancient farmhouse about 15 minutes from Bergamos city center. During the visit, you’ll buy local cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, and local wine. Afterward, you’ll head to the home of Cesarino Alessandro, near the farmhouse, to savor the specialties you’ve just purchased.
You’ll also enjoy delicious tigelle (a type of small, round bread), which Alessandro will teach you to prepare and cook on the spot, followed by tasty omelets with crispy pancetta as an appetizer. For dessert, coffee, and various digestives will round out the experience!
