Viscardi Franco’s farm is located in the hills of Bergamo and is characterized by an extension of about 5000sqm. The land naturally follows the hillside, creating small portions of land dedicated to cultivation. It has always been a fertile area for the cultivation of Scarola dei Colli, which, favored by the seasonal microclimate, grows and develops best in the winter period. In fact, it is planted in September, goes through the growth phases along the autumn period, and then is harvested during the winter.
