Al Casot was born in 2000, when the owner started a small production project with 4 baby goats: a work out of passion, which in a few years grew to count 80 lactating goats. Thus, in 2003, he started a dairy with an EEC mark and began selling the products to traders and stores, flanking, in 2005, markets, fairs and sales on the farm. Further transformation occurs in 2007, when Alessandro builds a small salumificio to produce goat and pork salumi. Finally, in December 2010, he opens the agritourism and closes the business cycle production processing sale and mixing.
