THE RESTAURANT
Today, the agriturismo is characterized by a well-maintained, family-friendly environment with small private rooms and a larger hall with exposed stone. The cuisine is traditional with a touch of creativity, aimed at enhancing the raw materials produced by the farm. From the garden to the table, this could be defined as the philosophy of this agriturismo, marked by a complete focus on the quality of the products to ensure ever-increasing standards for customers.
THE RESTAURATEUR
Founded in 1977 by Cavalier Severo Testa, the “Tenuta Maria” farm remained purely focused on wine production until 1994, when management passed to his daughter Maria Teresa, who, together with her husband Luigi and their daughters, decided to change their lives and move to the house where many summers had been spent in the countryside. This is where the central idea of the company’s philosophy took shape: to allow guests to directly taste their products at the farm, making them part of the work and passion behind it.
