Agriturismo Alle Baite is a small mountain farm of about 3 hectares, mainly based on the raising of dairy goats: the Capre Camosciate and Capre Orobiche. The latter are an endangered native breed, which the farm helps to keep alive through the production of goat cheeses.
Donkeys, a cow-calf line and other farmyard animals such as rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese are also found here. The farm has also reclaimed land for the cultivation of small fruits, apples and pears, with which it produces jams. The recovery of wood from the surrounding woods allows the farm to heat the structure, which runs entirely on this biofuel derived precisely from the recovery of the land. Roberta’s goal is to be present and at the same time help her land.
THE FARM IS OPEN BY RESERVATION ONLY.
