Based in Arzago d’Adda, in the province of Bergamo, the company raises purebred Limousine and Piedmontese cattle and grows the necessary for their nutrition according to the principles of short supply chain and km 0. A careful choice of animals and excellent breeding techniques allow the farm to enhance the characteristics of the meat known for its distinct flavor and tenderness.
The Carrara family has always ensured the highest levels of psychophysical well-being of the animals with facilities and care dedicated to each phase of their lives, reducing possible sources of stress and thus minimizing the need for pharmacological treatments. The foods fed are produced at Km 0 on the farm lands, certified GMO FREE and ANIMAL AND VEGETABLE FAT FREE.
All processes both in the barn and in the countryside are geared to eco-sustainability.
The consumer, thanks to the product traceability project promoted by the Lombardy Beef Producers Consortium to which they belong, will always be able to verify all production steps. This will be possible through the use of a QR code that customers will have at their disposal to examine the company’s controls and certifications.
Upon request, the company also opens on Saturdays.
