The palace stands near Porta S. Agostino in one of the hamlets where in the 16th century important families of nobles and merchants had their residences erected. Built in 1500 by Alessandro Martinengo Colleoni, the palace was renovated in 1741 by architect Caniana. It has been owned by the Agliardi Counts since 1845. Inside, a central hall, flanked by four rooms, features exquisite 18th-century frescoes by C. I. Carloni and F. Ferrario. The rooms open onto a charming rooftop garden, the large cellar, and the stables. The palace is available year-round not only for guided tours but also for hosting corporate events, weddings, conferences, and photo shoots.
